XENOPUNCH(2017, Construct 2)

GAME JAM - 72 HOURS - GAME DESIGNER & SOUND DESIGNER

Winner of the Ludum Dare 37 (a 72 hours gamedev contest) out of 2400+ entries. The game also received the Silver Medal in Graphics and came 4# in Fun and 5# in Audio.

 

Xenopunch is a super fast-paced beat them all. The intention was to make a game inspired by Star Wars cantina fights. We wanted it to feel intense and spectacular, just like a wrestling show.

My missions

CONCEPTION

  • Designing the whole experience (intentions, user experience...)

  • Defining mechanics and enemies patterns to answer to those intentions

MISC

  • Creating songs and sound effects to match with the mood of the game
